To document her inspiring journey into the world of motorsports, Monika Spruch has co-written a reality TV series treatment titled Speed: Beauty & The Best. The series traces Monika’s evolution from a wide-eyed five-year-old behind the wheel of her father’s Volkswagen Beetle in Poland, to a fierce competitor in professional racing. That first driving lesson sparked a lifelong passion, which she pursued all the way to graduating from the prestigious Skip Barber Racing School.
Following her graduation, Monika was approached by Driver Club Management (DCM)—a respected London-based motorsports firm whose clients include Patrick Dempsey. DCM created a comprehensive three-year development plan to guide Monika toward a Pro-Am entry into the legendary 24 Hours of Le Mans, the longest and most prestigious endurance race in the FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC). Now in her second year with DCM, Monika remains on track to become the first Polish woman to compete at Le Mans.
