Monika Spruch expects to become the first Polish woman to compete at Le Mans.

To capture her journey in preparing for Le Mans, Monika has a written a treatment for a reality TV show titled  Speed: Beauty & The Best.

The story begins with Monika’s passion for motorsports which began at the age of 5 when her father put her in the drivers seat of his Volkswagen Beetle for a driving lesson. Little did he know, his daughter took this lesson very seriously and continued her lessons into adulthood, graduating  from the long recognized driving institution, the Skip Barber Racing School.

After graduating from Racing school, Monika was approached by Driver Club Management (DCM), a London based management company, whose client list includes Patrick Dempsey. DCM offered to represent her in the development of her career in motorsports and designed for Monika, a 3-year plan towards Pro-Am entry in the Le Mans 24 Hour – the longest and most famous endurance race in the FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC). Monika just finished her second year with DCM and hopes to become the first Polish woman to compete at Le Mans.
